If asked Vin
Diesel movie where the most successful then the answer clearly is Fast and
Furious series. Car racing franchise is not just starting a career as an action
star Vin Diesel in The Fast International and The Furious more than a decade
ago but also makes it one of the best-selling action star Hollywood today with
the success of Fast Five or Fast and Furious 6, however if the question is
which movie has the most intimate relationship with Vin Diesel, the answer is
obvious is Riddick.When asked why Riddick is the most beloved franchises by Vin Diesel then I was confused answer. Because even if the franchise does have a group of followers pretty fanatical cult but the movie itself is hardly very successful at the box office. Pitch Black is an independent hit fairly successful but The Chronicles of Riddick which has arguably bloated budget total flop. Once the film flop even success of the game tie-in's Escape from Butcher Bay could not save this franchise from slumped over the years.
Along with the
return of the career rise of post success of Vin Diesel Fast & Furious he
serious turn the villain / anti-hero Riddick along with his old buddy director
David Twohy. After almost a decade of absence from the big screen whether the
reappearance of Riddick deserves to be awaited?
Seemed to
understand that the rabid fans are already looking forward to the Riddick films
opening this immediately raises the figure Riddick in the middle of the desert
planet savage and ferocious contains many deadly monsters. After Riddick
struggle to survive (plus a brief description of how the main character could
suddenly stranded on the planet after becoming king at the end prekuel) This

Spectators who
had been chatting with on-screen figure of Riddick alone for almost 30 minutes
suddenly find themselves coming mercenary myriad characters (bounty hunter) who
came to capture new Riddick. From this figure it is also our hero just
disappeared for a while only to reappear sporadically here and there occasionally.
Tone of the film also changed into a struggle of survival Riddick-style movie
Predator where the hunters Riddick turned into prey.
As if this was
not strange enough in the final third of the film David Twohy once again change
the tone of this film into a fight with Riddick into his opponents to counter
the threat of more serious - something very similar to the first Alien and
Pitch Black. Frankly tone of the film changes that occur up to two times within
a period of under two hours this makes Riddick into something difficult to
enjoy. Worse audience could never be sure with the figure of Riddick, a
protagonist or antagonist?
Outside so many
stars that appear in this film again practically only the master Vin Diesel as
Riddick screen in the figure. I'm actually a bit disappointed that the other
big names: Karl Urban here only appeared as a cameo as a bridge figure this
movie with The Chronicles of Riddick alone. Yet imagine how he cried when
Riddick clashed with Judge Dredd! Two names that might be familiar among geek:
Katee Sackhoff from Battlestar Galactica and Dave Bautista of WWE fans probably
will make grinning respective media but their portion in this movie was not how
significant
