Fat, Sick, nearly Dead

Watch The Trailers
Obesity is a serious problem for the world today and more particularly in the western countries are still not concerned with health. It's weird because in fact the scientists of the western countries have repeatedly expressed how dangerous obesity. It is not just having an unattractive appearance in the eyes of the opposite sex, but also has the potential to bring many diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. A man from Australia named Joe Cross realizes how dangerous the threat in his life when he went on an unhealthy lifestyle. Therefore he decided to change it to run a method called Juice Fasting (Juice Fast).

I'm sure if you often read health articles Juice Fast hence the term you would ever hear. It was a moment where someone decides to not eat all day and only drink juice for the supply of nutrients in the body. Joe Cross did not half-hearted. He did it for 60 days. Do not eat anything other than fruit and vegetables. I'm sure you wonder. Why does not he just eat fruits and vegetables rather than have to make juice? The answer is to turn it into the form of juice he can drink a lot more vegetables and fruits than if he did eat it (because it will be stuffed).
The result was quite fantastic. Not only Joe Cross successfully manage the body but many health problems in the body is able to resolve itself since he runs this Juice Fasting therapy. Her body becomes more fresh and successful detoxify toxins in the body. Joe was so happy with all the progress that he experienced, he also suggested this therapy to many other people. Many people were touched by the life story of Joe and then started to try this juice therapy. It must be admitted I was very inspired by this film and intend to try it.
So as a film that brings health message I judge that Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead as a film that managed to open my eyes is not just about how good and beneficial therapy Juice Fast but also how many people (in the main) is still not to health care. Ironically they actually know about this but decided not to care! A lot of the people who interviewed Joe on his journey around the United States (while promoting therapy) stated that they knew that they were probably going to die young if continue their lifestyle but they are too shackled with food to change their lifestyle. Please visit here

Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead is not only directed by Joe Cross but also Kurt Engfehr who graced this film with cartoon elements to explain the things that smelled of science so that it is easier to digest. Although the narrative is so still in Fat, Sick, Nearly Dead becomes somewhat tedious entering the second half after Joe successfully doing the diet and ask other people named Phil Staples to do the same. Practically this is almost a repeat of what happened to Joe Cross in the first half of the film and this film seems merely inserted to reinforce the message that this therapy can be successfully done by everyone not just one particular person home they have the determination to change their way of life.
